I agree with Neo; it seems to me that just plain white tiles might be more appropriate in a lab.
Overall, the design looks nice, though a little bit rough. A round cover that can slide in and out is hardly original but is classic and works well. The green honestly looks good as it is, maybe you should have a seperate computer set up to the bed, connected with wires.
My one complaint is that the capsule almost looks to much like an ordinary wooden bed. It would be nice if you could add some more technological touches. Simply changing the color scheme so it looks more like plastic or some "mysterious material" might be a good idea. White always looks clean and sharp, but you could go with black as well so it's not a white matress on a white bed on a white floor.
